Our Cancellation / Refund Policy

• Cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation.

• Cancellations made within the 48 hour period - cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation.

• Cancellations within 60 minutes of appointment - cancellation fee of 100% of the reserved service.

• No show - cancellation fee of 100% of the reserved service.

• More than 10 minutes late for your reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you or all the scheduled services. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will modify the services for the remaining appointment time.

• If we modify the services rendered, payment is still required in the amount of the original reserved services.

• In the event you decide not to complete any of the reserved services within the cancellation time window, our cancellation fee will apply to those forfeited services.
